Trigon Tiles is a game for one or more players on Android phones. This policy says what the app does with information.
We collect no personal data. The app has no accounts and no advertising, and it does not send your name, scores or game history anywhere.
No usage statistics. This version of the app does not collect usage statistics or analytics of any kind. If a future version adds optional anonymous statistics, they will be off until you agree, and this policy will be updated first.
What stays on your phone. Your player name, game history, win record and settings (sound, turn timer, computer level and speed, move suggestions) are stored only on your device. You can erase them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. If Android's backup is on, Android may back this data up to your Google account under Google's own terms.
Backup file. In Profile you can save or automatically update a backup file of your game history in a place you choose, for example Google Drive or your Downloads folder. The file is stored where you put it, under that service's terms; the app never sends it anywhere else.
Play nearby. When you play with people close to you, the app uses Google's Nearby Connections service to find and connect to other phones over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. For that it asks for the Bluetooth, nearby-devices and Wi-Fi permissions (and location on older Android versions, which Android requires for device discovery; the app does not read your location). Nearby players see the player name you chose, and game moves and the app's version number (to warn you if the two phones run different versions) are exchanged between the phones that are playing. Nothing is sent to the developer. Google's Nearby Connections service is provided by Google Play services and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Children. The app is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes. If this policy changes the new version will be published at the same address with a new date.
